In 2006 R&J started out with one Haas VF-3 milling machine. What began as a means to satisfy Mike’s air gun interests has grown into an 8600 sq. ft. CNC manufacturing facility.

Our customer base has grown over the years due to our ability to help companies develop their products and turn a profit. R&J has adapted to facilitate all production, processing and packaging as required. We supply our customers with thousands of packaged parts and assemblies and also ship direct to distributors.

The manufacturing backgrounds of both Mike and John has allowed R & J to grow into many areas of manufacturing. Our areas of expertise continue to expand from Aerospace to countless commercial applications. What was once a Milling only shop has grown into Swiss Machining, Mill Turning and EDM machining.
