Swiss Machining
We currently have 3 Citizen L20E Swiss machines with a diameter capacity of 20 MM. The addition of the Swiss machines to our company over 5 years ago has taken our shop to a higher level of precision and mass production to meet our customer needs. We currently supply customers in the Aerospace, Commercial, Medical and Firearms industries.
Milling
We have 5 Haas milling machines; VF-3, VM-2, VF-2 & two VF-2SS. We have 4th axis capability and can tool up to run one piece at a time or multiple parts at a time per demand. Our tooling and programming abilities are innovative and this translates into Value Added end products to satisfy our customers.
Mill Turn
Our Miyano ABX Twin Turret Mill Turn Lathe with 2.00 through the spindle capability has been a welcome addition to enhance our ability to machine complex parts in one operation rather than multiple turning and milling operations. The quality, cost and delivery goals from our customers weighed heavy in our decision making process to invest in this type of machine.
